Franklin Borough Dog and Cat Owners

Renewal applications can be mailed, placed in the drop box in front of Borough Hall or dropped off in person.

Make your check or money order payable to Franklin Borough. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope so the license may be returned to you. A copy of the rabies certificate and proof of neutering/spaying must be included.

All dogs and cats 7 months of age or when permanent teeth are in whichever is first, whether inside or out, must be licensed. Licenses are due by February 28, 2022. After February 28, 2022, a $5.00 late fee will be charged per month/per animal.
APPLICATION

Rabies vaccinations must be good through November 1 of the license year to comply with New Jersey State Department Health. Owners are advised to consult with their Vet if they have any questions concerning vaccination overlap.
